Terms of use.

Conditions for browsing the Ridge Growantion site, using its information resources and submitting a contact request.

Version: 8 October 2026.

1. Use of the site and its resources

The site presents commercial and educational information about tools for market analysis, automation and tracking. It lets you browse pages, use a simulator and submit data to request contact. It does not itself hold an investment account, nor does it replace the contract that may be signed with an identified operating entity.

Execution, custody and contracting conditions must be reviewed with the relevant provider. Accessing a page or receiving a message does not constitute authorisation to provide financial services, nor automatic acceptance by an entity.

2. Requirements and restrictions

The user must provide data that is their own, accurate and appropriate for the purpose of their enquiry. The proposal is aimed at adults who can assess the applicable conditions. It must not be used to circumvent residence, identity or eligibility restrictions imposed by a product.

We may limit interactions that interfere with the security or operation of the site. A technical restriction on the form does not imply a decision about funds held by a third party. If you believe a block is wrong, contact the team with context instead of trying to get around it with different identities.

3. Commercial material and communications

Commercial content explains a proposal; it does not guarantee results or replace an individual assessment of risk. Simulations represent illustrative mathematical relationships. Before considering an investment, ask for information about costs, execution and conditions that are not clearly published.

Submitting an enquiry allows that request to be answered. Additional promotional communications must be distinguished from the requested assistance and must respect the applicable preferences. You can ask for marketing messages to be stopped through the official contact, without this preventing the replies needed about an open complaint.

4. Intellectual property

The graphic identity, texts and composition of the site must not be copied to present someone else's proposal as if it were official. You may view and keep material for personal use, respecting the rights of third parties. Market names used as informational references belong to their respective owners.

Modifying brands to create pages that confuse users about their origin is not permitted. If you need to reuse part of the content for another purpose, request authorisation and specify the context. A link to the site does not grant rights over all its elements or attest to a commercial association.

5. Privacy

The Privacy policy explains what data is received, for what purposes and how to ask about its processing. Avoid including sensitive information that is not necessary for a reply. The contact form is not the channel for handing over passwords, complete bank documents or credentials for other accounts.

Handing data to a different provider may be subject to another policy. Before accepting a sign-up, identify the recipient and review their conditions. These rules of use do not replace the rights that apply to your data.

6. Links and external services

A link, map or price component may depend on an external source. The site does not control all of its updates or guarantee its permanent availability. A reference does not attest to a partnership, an operational integration or an entity's authorisation to receive funds.

When moving to another service, check the address, the owner and the conditions. External content may change without this page being updated at the same time. If you notice an incorrect reference, report it with the address and an explanation so that it can be reviewed.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not use the site to break rules, send spam, impersonate identities, distribute malicious programs or interfere with the infrastructure. Nor to obtain data of other users, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce a page with intent to deceive. These restrictions apply to both manual and automated actions.

  • Do not send false contact or ownership information.
  • Do not attack forms, endpoints or third-party components.
  • Do not present a simulation as proven performance.
  • Do not request access secrets using the site's brand.

Suspicious activity may lead to protective measures and record keeping. Any further action depends on the seriousness of the case and the applicable framework.

8. User support

The enquiry channel is [email protected]. Describe the problem, the related page and the steps you have taken. Matters involving funds or execution may need direct intervention from the bank, custodian or account provider.

Instant resolution is not guaranteed. If there is a dispute about the assistance, you can use the complaints procedure and request a review. A representative must not ask for passwords or control your device in order to answer a general enquiry.

9. Accuracy and absence of warranties

The information may contain limitations, become out of date or fail to cover a specific product. Prices in an informational component may differ from the executable price of an order. Decisions must also be based on the entity's current conditions and on your own situation, not solely on a screen of the site.

No profit, full preservation of capital or uninterrupted continuity is promised. The use of AI does not remove uncertainty. The limitations of this information must not be read as a waiver of rights that legislation recognises for the user.

10. Liability

The user decides how to use the information and must verify the parameters before contracting or trading. An informational tool cannot answer for all of a third party's decisions or for the performance of the market. Each provider's liability is determined by its conduct, its contract and the applicable rules.

Liability restrictions are understood within the permitted limits. Nothing in this text intends to exclude obligations that cannot be waived or to excuse unlawful conduct. Keep evidence if an incident affects your rights and consult the corresponding resolution channels.

11. Damages arising from misuse

A use that causes harm may give rise to compensation obligations where a valid basis exists. Automatic compensation is not established for every disagreement, nor an unlimited right to charge the user. The circumstances must be assessed with evidence and in line with the applicable rules.

If you receive a claim, ask for a description of the facts, its basis and the supporting records. Do not accept payment requests made through unverified channels. The enquiry procedure can clarify errors, but it does not replace the legal mechanisms for resolution.

12. Changes and other provisions

The terms may be updated, and the new version is published with its date. The conditions of an earlier sign-up are not changed by this page if its contract states otherwise. Check which version applies to you when a relationship continues over time.

If a provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions must be interpreted in a way that is compatible with the current framework. For clarification about scope, the provider's identity or a specific condition, contact the team before accepting the proposal.
