A complaint deserves
a concrete response.

This procedure helps you organise the background, identify who is responsible and request a review when the assistance or the information received did not solve the problem.

1. What the process is for

You can complain about a communication, a registration, information on the site or the assistance you received. If the matter concerns an order, a balance or a withdrawal held by another entity, it is important to identify that entity from the start. Ridge Growantion can help direct the enquiry, but it does not replace the provider that controls the operation.

Filing a complaint does not require making another deposit or paying for additional assistance. The review seeks to reconstruct the facts and give an understandable answer; it does not presume that every disagreement ends in compensation.

2. Submit the case

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Complaint”. Describe what happened, when it happened, what the earlier communication was and what solution you are requesting. Use the email linked to your enquiry to make identification easier, without including passwords or temporary codes.

If your problem is unauthorised access or a transfer in progress, also contact the affected provider to request the urgent measures available. The complaints process does not replace a security response.

3. Receipt and analysis

Stage A. Confirmation

Ask for confirmation of receipt and a case reference. The team must distinguish a complaint from a general enquiry and explain whether it needs additional information. Keep the reply so that later communications are linked to the same matter.

Stage B. Reconstruction

The background you provide, the available records and the extent of the site's involvement are reviewed. If part of the matter depends on another entity, it must be clarified what can be examined here and what requires that entity's involvement. It may be necessary to compare dates, currency or different states of the same request.

Stage C. Response

The response must identify the problem assessed, the elements considered and the conclusion. If a correction is proposed, ask about its scope and the steps to verify it. An insufficient explanation can be sent back stating specifically which point was left unanswered.

Stage D. Review

If you are not satisfied, request a second review with the case reference and the reason. Add new evidence or point out a specific contradiction. Repeating the same message without context makes follow-up harder and does not automatically extend the team's powers.

4. Useful information and data to leave out

Include dates, the page or service, the request number, the relevant receipt and a copy of the communication. Screenshots must show the necessary context and hide other people's data. If a piece of evidence contains sensitive information, ask for an appropriate channel before attaching it.

  • Do not send banking passwords or trading credentials.
  • Do not share recovery phrases or verification codes.
  • Do not attach identity documents without a specific instruction.
  • Do not edit a screenshot so that it shows something different.

5. Timeframes and updates

The confirmed response time is [CONFIRMED RESPONSE TIME]. No invented legal deadline or unvalidated resolution commitment is published. How long it takes depends on the complexity, the evidence available and the need to consult an external provider.

Ask to be told if there is a delay, what information is missing and when to expect the next update. Deadlines that the entity's contract or an applicable rule may impose must be reviewed separately. An acknowledgement of receipt does not mean the complaint is closed.

6. External review

If the internal process does not resolve the matter, the external route depends on the provider's actual identity and activity. The applicable details for this proposal are [REVIEW BODY AND PROCEDURE CONFIRMED]. No competence is attributed to a body of another country, and no resolution association is presented as part of the service.

Keep the contract, the exchange, the receipts and the final response so you can evaluate the options that apply in Bangladesh. Links to official bodies are not included in this section, in keeping with the format of the procedure. An independent professional consultation can help determine the appropriate route for your case.

7. Criteria for handling

The review must be based on facts, maintain confidentiality and explain its limits. The user must be able to know which point was assessed without receiving only a generic formula. The complaint data is used to handle it and keep the necessary records, according to the privacy policy.

  • Identify the case reference.
  • Consider evidence and explanations objectively.
  • Separate confirmed facts from hypotheses.
  • Explain a referral to another entity.
  • Communicate the conclusion and the possibility of review.

8. Contact and shared details

The channel is [email protected] and the support area is Client Support. If the complaint needs to identify the entity, the available information is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. For the address, the same detail published on the Contact page is used: [OFFICE ADDRESS IN DHAKA].

Say whether you need an accessible response or a plain-language explanation. A clear request makes it possible to focus the analysis and stop the conversation going back to a sales routine.
